Thank you for your interest in our Ottawa 10K Race. The race is open to all. Ottawa's course is flat, fast, and scenic with very few elevation changes. Considered to be an excellent course for first timers and should provide an environment conducive to setting a PR. For a complete description and map see Course Information.
The course will have:
- Kilometre markers along the entire route
- Cheering stations on the 10K route
- Toilets at every water station
- Full medical services on the route and at the finish line
- There are three water stations set up with tables on both sides of the road.
